Neelam means sapphire. Deep, jewel-toned, precious. The body of this silk is midnight navy with an all-over woven floral in pink, lavender, white, orange, gold blooms against the dark ground. Then the pallu arrives: the same ornate floral and paisley vocabulary, now blazing in crimson-magenta.
